Over 30 UK Project Launches
Fortis Developments have now launched over 30 projects throughout the UK, with 25 of these being effectively completed on time and to budget.
Completed sites include the pioneering student accommodation at Bard House in Nottingham, which is home to 54 studio apartments.
There are also 61 residential units in Birmingham’s The Foundry building which is located within the highly popular Jewellery Quarter, and a £5 million residential scheme in Leeds which was completed in May 2017 and is now 100% tenanted.
There are currently seven other exciting developments under construction by Fortis and plans to launch five more in the imminent future.
Sites under construction include Bridgewater Wharf, consisting of five deluxe apartment blocks in the heart of Manchester city centre and Salford Quays.
The build is set to follow in the footsteps of Bridgewater Point which is in a similar location, and Bridgewater Gate – a waterfront apartment block completed back in 2017 with 53 apartments on the edge of the River Irwell.
